These General Terms and Conditions governing the sale of the products presented by PASSÉ Compose, SCP, Spanish company domiciled in Bonsuccés, 12 08001 Barcelona, via the Internet (www.passecompose.es), and you., (hereinafter THE CUSTOMER). The use by the CLIENT of the services offered on the PASSÉ COMPOSÉ, SCP website presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Contract Conditions in the version published by PASSÉ COMPOSÉ, SCP at the time of sending the order request. , which is available to customers on the website. How to order
1. Choose the section that interests you (t-shirts, jerseys, accessories, etc).
2. Visualize the product that interests you, there you will see the composition, size, reference and price.
3. With one click you will get an enlargement of the photo to see the details of the product.
4. To select the product, you must click "add to cart". You can continue shopping or process the order.
5 .. You can make the payment with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system “Paypal”. The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card when you confirm the purchase.
6. Enter the address where you want to receive the order.
7. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping and delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment. To Spain and Portugal, standard shipments take between 24 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). For shipments to the European community between 2 and 5 working days. And outside the European Community between 7 and 10 working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are prepared and shipped on Monday.
Our shipments leave from Barcelona, so city holidays will affect delivery times.
When your order is ready and has been sent, we will send you an email to inform you and with the tracking number so that you know, at all times, the status of the shipment.
Remember that the country of purchase must be the same as the country of delivery.
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, and are calculated automatically.
You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.
Remember that shipments are not made to PO Boxes, therefore it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.
To avoid problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where we can reach you.
Returns & Exchanges
Changes and returns in our store
You can make the return of your purchase online in our physical store by presenting the delivery note.
Changes and returns in our store are free and you have (15) fifteen business days from the date of purchase to make them.
You can exchange the items in your online order for any other item of equal or greater value. In the event that the change is for a lower value item, a voucher will be issued with the difference, - not valid in the online shop -. In returns, a voucher will also be issued without expiration.
We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.
To proceed with a return or exchange, the items must be in perfect condition.
Returns by mail or carrier
To request a return, it is essential to notify it before fifteen (15) days of receipt by email to email@example.com with the following information: full name, order number, date of receipt and items you want to return and reason . Once the return has been received and approved, we will inform you of how to proceed. The costs of said return are borne by the customer.
You can send your return by the method you prefer, but we recommend doing it by certified mail or courier company. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or delivery in poor condition of the package.
Upon receipt, we will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email if you are entitled to a return of the item and the amounts paid. The refund of the amount will be processed in the same payment method used in the purchase as soon as possible.
We will not proceed to exchange or return those products that are not in the same condition in which they were sent, or that have been used.
Shipping costs are free from € 80.00 of the total value of the purchase (only in the peninsula) and in the event that a return, the amount of said purchase is reduced to less than € 80.00, will deduct from the refund, the established shipping cost which is € 6.00.
In the event that you consider that at the time of receipt of the article, it has a defect or manufacturing defect, you should contact us immediately through our email, indicating the defect or defect. We inform you that all products sent are carefully reviewed to avoid these situations.
You must return the product to us within 15 days of receipt and in its original packaging and the corresponding documentation. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products and Passé Composé, after verifying the error or tare, will pay the shipping costs and the amount of the item. The return will be made as soon as possible.
Returns are not accepted for the following items: bags, belts, jewelry, party wear and masks.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website. The prices on the website include the corresponding taxes, but exclude shipping costs. The prices indicated on the screen next to each product are expressed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Once the order is finished, the total price of the selected products will appear on the screen, as well as the shipping costs that correspond in each case, also expressed in Euros and with VAT included.
Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.
By making a card payment you confirm that it is your property.
Payment cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize the sale.
Remember that until you make the payment of the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the chosen products are not reserved.
